United States v. Thomas, No. 11-4065
Decided: January 25, 2012
Aaron Thomas appealed his convictions and sentence for two counts of assaulting a correctional officer in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111. Thomas raised multiple grounds for appeal, including improper hearsay objections and improper application of the sentencing guidelines. The Fourth Circuit found none of Thomas’s challenges meritorious and affirmed the judgment of the district court.
